No Refund / Reschedule Only Policy

All bookings with Crystal Clear Cruiser are non‑refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, partial payments, and full payments.

Events Beyond Our Control

In the event that services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God (including severe weather, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, ice storms, or other natural disasters)

  • Hazardous or unsafe road conditions

  • Civil unrest, riots, protests, or social disturbances

  • Government‑mandated curfews, lockdowns, or emergency orders

  • Any local, state, or federal restrictions that limit or prohibit operation

  • Any event that, in the sole discretion of the owner of Crystal Clear Cruiser, would compromise the safety of passengers, driver, or the vehicle.

Rescheduling Option

If a trip must be canceled due to any of the circumstances listed above, customers will be offered the option to reschedule their booking.

  • Customers have up to fifteen (15) days from the original scheduled service date to reschedule.

  • Rescheduled trips are subject to vehicle availability, date availability, and any applicable rate differences.

  • If the customer fails to reschedule within the 15‑day period, all deposits and payments will be forfeited.

Customer‑Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations made by the customer for any reason, including weather concerns, personal emergencies, or changes in plans, are also non‑refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Crystal Clear Cruiser and must follow the same 15‑day rescheduling window.

Acknowledgment

By submitting a deposit or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund/ Reschedule Only Policy.
